Through a combination of inspiring case studies and expert testimony, this conference celebrates how opportunities have been identified in the creative re-use of Aberdeenshire’s built heritage; sharing knowledge and ideas on how projects can be funded, solutions found and challenges overcome.

Limited places are available for a ‘behind the scenes’ tour of Haddo House, following by a drinks reception in the wonderful surroundings of the drawing room on the evening of Thursday 27th October (5.00pm – 7.30pm). On Friday 28th October there are also a limited number of tickets for a day of site visits, starting at 9.30am at the Haddo Estate, then visiting Portsoy (The Sail Loft, Boat Shed and Salmon Bothy), and ending the day with a walking tour of the Banff Conservation Area before returning to Haddo for 3.45pm.
